Exercise Manager has two pricing tracks: organisation plans, priced by team count, for companies running exercises for themselves; and consultant plans, priced by active client count, for firms delivering exercises to client organisations. Every plan includes unlimited exercises in tabletop or simulation mode, all delivery channels (messages, emails, social media, media reports, calls), and access to the Marketplace.

AI-Ready Features

Exercise Manager includes built-in support for AI voice generation, letting facilitators turn interaction dialogue into realistic call audio for simulation delivery. To activate AI, your organisation will need an API key from a supported provider (e.g. OpenAI). Once you have a key, contact us to enable AI capabilities for your organisation.
